Excellently staged and you can wisely dialogued, it’ll have no high difficulties from inside the way of life down its incredibly unappealing title.” [ 8 ]

Cobb), and you will good scuffling actress (Evelyn Keyes) whoever cousin (Nina Foch) has worked in the gambling establishment and you will dated good corrupt detective (Jim Bannon). Evelyn Keyes performs the nice nothing lady exactly who brings forth the fresh new finest in him and you may Ellen Drew ‘s the smooth and you will slinky vixen whom becomes him toward jams. Thomas Gomez try fatty while the villain and you may Lee J. Cobb do an alternative in a position trip since the a tired police inspector whom ultimately closes the situation.
